Your monthly platform fee is billed automatically to a bank account (ACH) you put on file. After your application is approved you sign in to your dashboard and add it there, and your subscription starts from that point. Your fee is separate from what you earn. You keep the full markup you set on every order, paid out to you as normal.

What your patient pays on top

A $25.00 platform fee is added to each patient order at checkout. It is charged to the patient, not to you, and it is the same on every order regardless of how many medications are on it. Worth knowing when you set your prices.

You won't enter payment details now. After your application is approved, we'll email you to set your password. Once you sign in, your dashboard walks you through two steps: add the bank account your monthly platform fee is billed to, and connect the account where you'll receive payouts. By continuing, you acknowledge that rx-dr will bill your monthly platform fee to the bank account you put on file.
