Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and NuLife Group LLC (“Rx-Dr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of our website, telehealth platform, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, completing an intake questionnaire, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Rx-Dr operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers for clinical evaluation, and with licensed pharmacies for fulfillment of prescribed treatments. Rx-Dr itself does not practice medicine or pharmacy. All clinical decisions — including whether any medication is appropriate for you — are made solely by the licensed provider reviewing your case, in their independent professional judgment.
The Services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a U.S. state where the Services are available, and be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including in your health intake questionnaire — and to keep it up to date. Providing false or incomplete health information can result in serious harm and is grounds for immediate termination of your account.
3. Telehealth consent
By using the Services you consent to receiving care via telehealth, which includes the remote review of your intake responses, asynchronous messaging, and — where required — synchronous video or phone consultations. Telehealth has limitations compared with in-person care: your provider does not perform a physical examination and relies on the information you provide. You may be referred to in-person care where telehealth is not appropriate.
4. Prescriptions and medications
- A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Prescriptions are issued only when the reviewing provider determines a treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
- Some treatments offered through the platform may be compounded medications prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.
- Use medications only as directed by your provider, and report side effects to your care team promptly.
- Medications are dispensed and shipped by independent licensed pharmacies. Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Your account is personal to you — do not share it or use another person's account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
- Prices for products and services are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts shown, plus any applicable taxes.
- Multi-month treatment plans and memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation stops future shipments and charges.
- If you cancel a multi-month plan early, months already shipped are not refundable; remaining unshipped months are refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy shown at checkout.
- The Services are not intended for insurance billing. We do not submit claims to insurers, and you are responsible for all charges.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misrepresent your identity or health information, or seek care on behalf of another person without authorization;
- resell, distribute, or share any medication dispensed to you;
- interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform, or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours;
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where continued service would be unsafe or unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and design, are owned by NuLife Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the website is for general information only and is not medical advice; nothing on the website creates a provider–patient relationship, which is formed only when a licensed provider reviews your case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuLife Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from professional medical negligence of a treating provider.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuLife Group LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability and contact
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@rx-dr.com or by mail to NuLife Group LLC, 2273 Lee Road, Winter Park, FL 32789.
